دلال تُشغّله شركة Silver Valley Solutions LLC. باستخدامك دلال فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، ويُرجى قراءتها مع سياسة الخصوصية.

ما هو دلال

دلال منصة تربط بين من يؤجّرون ويبيعون البيوت وبين المستأجرين والمشترين والوسطاء. دلال ليس وكيلاً عقارياً ولا وسيطاً، وليس طرفاً في أي اتفاق إيجار أو بيع بين المستخدمين. ولا نملك أي عقار أو إعلان ولا نعاينه ولا نضمنه.

من يمكنه استخدام دلال

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل وأهلاً للدخول في اتفاق مُلزم.
حافظ على أمان حسابك ورقم هاتفك، ولا تشارك أبداً بيانات دخولك أو رموز التحقق.
أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يجري عبر حسابك.

قواعد الإعلانات

لا تنشر إلا عقاراً تملكه أو أنت مخوّل بتمثيله.
قدّم تفاصيل دقيقة وصوراً حقيقية وحديثة وسعراً صادقاً.
ممنوع الإعلانات المزيّفة أو المكرّرة أو المضلّلة أو غير القانونية.
حدّث إعلاناتك باستمرار، وأشِر إلى أنها أُجّرت أو بِيعت عند إتمام الصفقة.

الرسوم

النشر مجاني خلال الإطلاق. قد تُطبّق لاحقاً ميزة ترويج اختيارية ورسوم بسيطة على الصفقات المنجزة — تُعرض بوضوح قبل أي خصم. ولا يعرض دلال أي إعلانات ولا رسوم خفية.

الأمان والسلوك العادل

عاين العقار وتحقق من وثائق الملكية دائماً قبل دفع أي مبلغ.
أبقِ محادثاتك واتفاقاتك داخل دلال.
ممنوع المضايقة أو خطاب الكراهية أو الاحتيال أو الإزعاج أو محاولة نقل الصفقات خارج دلال للتحايل على أدوات الأمان.
أبلغ عن الأشخاص أو الإعلانات المريبة لنتمكن من التصرّف.

التوثيق وشارات الثقة

تعني شارات التوثيق أن دلال راجع وثائق معيّنة في وقتٍ ما. وهي تساعدك على تقدير الثقة لكنها ليست ضماناً — تحقّق دائماً بنفسك. وتقديم وثائق مزيّفة يؤدي إلى الإزالة.

المحتوى الذي تنشره

تبقى ملكية الصور والنصوص التي تنشرها لك. وتمنح دلال إذناً باستضافة محتواك وعرضه لتشغيل الخدمة. أنت مسؤول عن محتواك ويجب أن تملك حق مشاركته.

أمور ممنوعة

لا تخالف القانون ولا تساعد غيرك على مخالفته عبر دلال.
لا تجمع البيانات آلياً ولا تخترق التطبيق أو تعكس هندسته أو تُثقله أو تعبث بأمانه.
لا تنتحل صفة غيرك ولا تنشئ حسابات للتهرّب من الإيقاف.

الإيقاف والإزالة

يجوز لنا إزالة الإعلانات أو تقييد الحسابات أو إيقافها أو إغلاقها إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو عرّضت المجتمع للخطر — أحياناً دون إشعار مسبق عند الحاجة لحماية الناس.

لا ضمان، والمسؤولية

يُقدَّم دلال "كما هو". نعمل بجدّ لإبقائه موثوقاً وآمناً، لكننا لا نضمن أي إعلان أو مستخدم أو نتيجة أي صفقة بين المستخدمين. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل شركة Silver Valley Solutions LLC مسؤولية الخسائر الناتجة عن التعاملات بين المستخدمين. ولا يُلغي أيٌّ مما سبق أي حقوق مقرّرة لك بموجب القانون المعمول به.

تغييرات على هذه الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونُحدّث التاريخ أعلاه. واستمرارك في استخدام دلال بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

الرصيد والاسترجاع

رصيد تمييز الإعلانات يُدفع نقداً مسبقاً عبر وكيل دلال وغير قابل للتحويل. إذا حذفت حسابك، يمكنك استرجاع الرصيد غير المستخدم نقداً عبر الوكيل خلال ٩٠ يوماً من الحذف؛ وبعدها يسقط. الحساب الموقوف بسبب احتيال أو إساءة يفقد رصيده. أما الإيقاف الذي يُرفع فلا يمسّ رصيدك.

Dalal (دلال) is operated by Silver Valley Solutions LLC. By using Dalal, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy.

What Dalal is

Dalal is a marketplace that connects people renting and selling homes with tenants, buyers and brokers. Dalal is not a real-estate agent or broker, and is not a party to any rental or sale agreement between users. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any property or listing.

Who can use Dalal

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
Keep your account and phone number secure, and never share your login or verification codes.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Listing rules

Only list a property you own or are authorised to represent.
Give accurate details, real and current photos, and an honest price.
No fake, duplicate, misleading, or illegal listings.
Keep your listings up to date, and mark them rented or sold when the deal is done.

Fees

Listing is free during launch. Optional featured placement and a small fee on completed deals may apply later — always shown clearly before you are charged. Dalal shows no ads and has no hidden fees.

Safety and fair conduct

Always inspect a property and verify ownership documents before paying any money.
Keep your conversations and agreements inside Dalal.
No harassment, hate speech, fraud, spam, or attempts to move deals off Dalal to avoid our safety tools.
Report suspicious people or listings so we can act.

Verification and trust badges

Verification badges mean Dalal reviewed certain documents at a point in time. They help you judge trust, but they are not a guarantee — always do your own checks. Submitting false documents leads to removal.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give Dalal permission to host and display your content so we can operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.

Things you may not do

Do not break the law, or help others do so, through Dalal.
Do not scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the app or its security.
Do not impersonate others or create accounts to evade a suspension.

Suspension and removal

We may remove listings or limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms or put the community at risk — sometimes without prior notice when needed to protect people.

No guarantee, and liability

Dalal is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee any listing, any user, or the outcome of any deal between users. To the extent allowed by law, Silver Valley Solutions LLC is not responsible for losses arising from dealings between users. Nothing here removes rights you may have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using Dalal after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Credits and refunds

Featured-listing credits are prepaid in cash through a Dalal agent and are not transferable. If you delete your account, any unspent credits can be refunded in cash through the agent for 90 days after the deletion; after that they are forfeited. An account suspended for fraud or abuse forfeits its credits. A suspension that is lifted leaves your credits untouched.
