دلال منصة عقارية تُشغّلها شركة Silver Valley Solutions LLC. توضّح هذه السياسة ما المعلومات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها، والخيارات المتاحة لك.

لا يظهر رقم واتساب/هاتفك لأي مستخدم آخر أبداً. يتواصل معك الآخرون عبر المحادثة داخل التطبيق فقط، إلا إذا اخترت مشاركته بنفسك.
إن قمت بالتوثيق، تُخزَّن وثائق هويتك أو ترخيصك بشكل خاص ومشفّر. لا يطّلع عليها سواك والمراجعون المخوّلون في دلال، وتُستخدم فقط للتحقق من هويتك، ولا تظهر لأي مستخدم آخر. ونحتفظ بها فقط للمدة اللازمة للتوثيق وأي نزاع متعلق به.
حمايةً للمجتمع، الرسائل ليست مشفّرة طرفاً إلى طرف. وهي محمية أثناء النقل وعند التخزين، لكن قد يفحص دلال الرسائل تلقائياً بحثاً عن مؤشرات الاحتيال، وقد يراجع موظفون مخوّلون محادثات محددة عند التحقيق في بلاغ أو مشكلة أمان. من فضلك لا تُدرِج معلومات حساسة في المحادثة.
يمكن للآخرين رؤية اسمك وملفك الشخصي وشارات الثقة والتقييمات وإعلاناتك النشطة مع صورها. ولا يمكنهم رؤية رقم هاتفك أو عناصرك المحفوظة أو وثائقك الخاصة.
تُستضاف بياناتك على بنية Supabase في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت، ألمانيا). نحميها بالتشفير أثناء النقل وعند التخزين، وقواعد وصول صارمة لقاعدة البيانات، وتخزين خاص للوثائق. لا توجد خدمة إلكترونية آمنة تماماً، لكننا نعمل بجدّ لحماية معلوماتك.
نحتفظ بمعلوماتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. وعند حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، إلا حين يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدودة لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال.
دلال غير مخصّص لمن هم دون سن ١٨، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونُحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وسنُبرز التغييرات المهمة داخل التطبيق.

Dalal (دلال) is a real-estate marketplace operated by Silver Valley Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Your WhatsApp/phone number is never shown to other users. People reach you only through in-app chat, unless you choose to share it yourself.
If you get verified, your ID or licence documents are stored privately and encrypted. They are accessible only to you and to authorised Dalal reviewers, are used only to confirm your identity, and are never shown to other users. We keep them only as long as needed for verification and any related dispute.
To protect the community, messages are not end-to-end encrypted. They are protected in transit and at rest, but Dalal may automatically scan messages for scam signals, and authorised staff may review specific conversations when investigating a report or a safety issue. Please keep sensitive information out of chat.
Others can see your name, profile, trust badges, ratings, and your active listings with their photos. They cannot see your phone number, your saved items, or your private documents.
Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, strict database access rules, and private storage for documents. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep limited records for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
Dalal is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and we will highlight significant changes in the app.
