In the app
- Open Dalal and sign in.
- Account → Settings → Delete account → "Delete my account".
Without the app
Email info@silvervalleysolutions.com from any address and state the phone number registered with Dalal. We verify that the number is yours, then start the deletion within 7 days.
What happens next
- The account is deactivated immediately and your listings disappear from the app.
- It is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing in during that time cancels the deletion.
- After 30 days we delete or anonymise your personal data: name, phone number, photos, listings, messages and verification documents.
- We keep limited records where required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons (for example reports and the credit ledger).
- Unspent credits can be refunded in cash through your agent for 90 days after deletion.
